I have arrived in Sainte-Adèle, Quebec, and I'm slowly settling into my new home in the beautiful Laurentian mountains. My belongings are still making their way here, so it will take me a few weeks to get organized before I begin offering sessions again, both online and in person. I’m looking forward to creating a new studio space where all of this work will unfold.

I’m surrounded by nature here, and I’ve been enjoying the process of connecting with the energy of this forest. I'd like to introduce you to my new earth dragon friend who guards the entrance to my home. Can you see him in the photo above?

When his energy first appeared during a meditation a few months ago, I had the distinct feeling he was connected to the mountain I was moving to. He told me his name was Torren. Later, when I looked up the meaning of tor, I discovered it refers to a small rocky hill or mountain. It felt like an undeniably perfect name for my new guardian.
